RO Rule No 17 of 5 September 2024 amending and supplementing the Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation no. 14/2015 on accounting regulations in line with the European Directives applicable to the private pension system.
The Financial Supervisory Authority issues the present rule.
Article I Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation no. 14/2015 on accounting regulations in accordance with the European Directives applicable to the private pension scheme, published in the Official Monitor of Romania, Part I, No 706 and 706 bis of 21 September 2015, with subsequent amendments and additions, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. Article 11 is amended and will read as follows:
Article 11(1) In the consolidation process, groups are divided into three categories according to size criteria: small groups, medium-sized groups and large groups.
(2) Small groups are groups consisting of parent companies and subsidiaries to be included in the consolidation which, on a consolidated basis, do not exceed the limits of at least two of the following three criteria at the balance sheet date of the parent company:
a) total assets: 25.000.000 lei;
b) net turnover: 50,000,000 lei;
c) average number of employees during the financial year: 50.
(3) Medium-sized groups are groups consisting of parent companies and subsidiaries to be included in the consolidation which, on a consolidated basis, do not exceed the limits of at least two of the following three criteria at the balance sheet date of the parent company:
a) total assets: 125,000,000 lei;
b) net turnover: 250,000,000 lei;
c) average number of employees during the financial year: 250.
(4) Large groups are groups consisting of parent companies and subsidiaries that are to be included in the consolidation and that, on a consolidated basis, exceed the limits of at least two of the following three criteria at the balance sheet date of the parent company:
a) total assets: 125,000,000 lei;
b) net turnover: 250,000,000 lei;
c) average number of employees during the financial year: 250.
