Ministerul Investitiilor si Proiectelor Europene si Banca de Investitii si Dezvoltare au semnat acordul pentru Fondul de Participare Tranzitie Justa, un nou instrument financiar cu o alocare de peste 188 milioane euro, destinat investitiilor in tehnologii digitale, tehnologii curate si biotehnologii.<\/p>\n

Fondul vizeaza atat IMM-uri, cat si intreprinderi mari, si urmareste sa sustina investitii noi in judetele Gorj, Hunedoara, Dolj, Prahova, Galati si Mures. Potrivit informatiilor comunicate, instrumentul este finantat din Programul Dezvoltare Durabila si Tranzitie Justa 2021-2027.<\/p>\n

Cum este structurat instrumentul<\/h2>\n

Noul mecanism propune o combinatie intre finantare rambursabila si componenta nerambursabila. Beneficiarii vor putea accesa:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • imprumuturi cu dobanda redusa<\/li>\n
  • granturi de pana la 50%<\/li>\n
  • finantare pentru investitii noi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Structura financiar\u0103<\/h2>\n

    Structura financiara anuntata include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 70% contributie din fonduri publice<\/strong>, fara costuri pentru beneficiari<\/li>\n
    • 30% contributie in conditii de piata<\/strong> din partea intermediarilor financiari care urmeaza sa fie selectati de BID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Pentru companii, instrumentul este relevant mai ales prin tipul de investitii vizate si prin structura de finantare. Instrumentul se adreseaza unor domenii aflate in centrul politicilor industriale si de competitivitate europene, iar mixul de grant si imprumut poate face mai accesibile proiecte care altfel ar fi mai greu de finantat. In acelasi timp, pentru companiile din judetele eligibile, fondul poate deveni o oportunitate importanta pentru extindere, modernizare sau dezvoltarea unor capacitati noi in sectoare cu potential strategic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
