Sunt men\u021bionate explicit m\u0103suri tehnice de reducere a emisiilor fugitive: senzori de monitorizare continu\u0103, optical gas imaging, supraveghere satelitar\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenlocuirea data-end=\"4508\">sisteme de procesare cu flare activat automat conectat la supape \u0219i sisteme de venting \u0219i instalarea de alarme\/dispozitive de detectare \u00een spa\u021bii \u00eenchise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"21d068\" data-start=\"4509\" data-end=\"4676\">\n<p data-start=\"4511\" data-end=\"4676\">managementul digestatului cu stocare etan\u0219\u0103 (formule de tip 50 + x zile) sau condi\u021bii alternative bazate pe \u201eremaining methane potential (RMP)\u201d \u0219i temperatur\u0103<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1p8odro\" data-start=\"4677\" data-end=\"4777\">\n<p data-start=\"4679\" data-end=\"4777\">la upgrading: oxidarea off-gas sau captarea CO\u2082 separat\u0103 astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu existe off-gas emis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"755eqx\" data-start=\"4778\" data-end=\"4933\">\n<p data-start=\"4780\" data-end=\"4933\">cerin\u021be de sourcing sustenabil al biomasei, cu exemple de standarde recunoscute (ISCC, RSB, FSC\/PEFC etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4978\" data-end=\"5282\">Documentul recomand\u0103 includerea unor praguri de emisii GHG pe ciclul de via\u021b\u0103 (lifecycle thresholds) pentru anumite activit\u0103\u021bi energetice, pentru a evita situa\u021biile \u00een care o activitate este verde pe h\u00e2rtie, dar r\u0103m\u00e2ne data-end=\"5479\">Pentru de\u0219eurile solide, recomand\u0103rile sunt foarte orientate spre integritate opera\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5543\" data-end=\"5604\">Pentru captarea gazului de depozit, documentul recomand\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5605\" data-end=\"6143\">\n<li data-section-id=\"2in7nf\" data-start=\"5605\" data-end=\"5681\">\n<p data-start=\"5607\" data-end=\"5681\">captare \u0219i utilizare productiv\u0103 (energie sau aplica\u021bii industriale)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6gn4ae\" data-start=\"5682\" data-end=\"5804\">\n<p data-start=\"5684\" data-end=\"5804\">practici opera\u021bionale care reduc emisiile fugitive, miros, d\u0103un\u0103tori, riscuri de incendiu etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wwm4kh\" data-start=\"5805\" data-end=\"5878\">\n<p data-start=\"5807\" data-end=\"5878\">limitarea la depozite sau celule \u00eenchise sau care nu mai primesc de\u0219euri<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8roj\" data-start=\"5879\" data-end=\"5933\">\n<p data-start=\"5881\" data-end=\"5933\">planuri de monitorizare \u0219i control al scurgerilor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ptemmo\" data-start=\"6318\" data-end=\"6423\">\n<p data-start=\"6320\" data-end=\"6423\">produsele solide \u0219i lichide rezultate s\u0103 nu fie depozitate \u0219i s\u0103 data-end=\"7421\">Pentru compostare, documentul indica planuri de aerare si amestec pentru a evita pungi anaerobe, segregare la surs\u0103 \u0219i control al emisiilor (\u021binta fiind no measurable methane emissions).
