The funded initiatives are designed to implement the objectives of the European Green Pact, the Circular Economy Action Plan and the Zero Pollution Strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The call is structured around two distinct themes, each with its own priorities, eligible activities and types of applicants:<\/p>\n<h2>Theme 1 - Projects for the transition to the circular economy (LIFE-2025-SAP-ENV-ENVIRONMENT)<\/h2>\n<p>Total budget available: 77 000 000 Euro<\/p>\n<h2>Eligible activities<\/h2>\n<p>This theme targets demonstration projects proposing technical and organisational solutions with potential for replication at European level, in areas such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>efficient use of resources and raw materials<\/li>\n<li>waste prevention, re-use and recycling<\/li>\n<li>eco-design product development and circular business models<\/li>\n<li>reducing air, water and soil pollution<\/li>\n<li>prevention and disposal of hazardous substances<\/li>\n<li>sustainable materials and energy management in industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eligible applicants:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>companies (including SMEs and green start-ups)<\/li>\n<li>local, regional or national public authorities<\/li>\n<li>non-profit organisations and NGOs<\/li>\n<li>research and development institutions<\/li>\n<li>public-private consortia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Theme 2 - Projects for environmental governance and quality (LIFE-2025-SAP-ENV-GOV)<\/h1>\n<p>Total budget available: \u20ac 4 000 000<\/p>\n<h2>Eligible activities<\/h2>\n<p>This theme supports initiatives aimed at improving implementation of environmental legislation, compliance with EU regulations and active involvement of citizens and institutions in protecting the environment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthening institutional capacity for environmental enforcement;<\/li>\n<li>developing monitoring, compliance and reporting systems;<\/li>\n<li>participation of stakeholders and citizens in governance processes;<\/li>\n<li>awareness and education campaigns on circular economy and pollution prevention;<\/li>\n<li>inter-institutional co-operation and administrative reforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Eligible applicants:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>public authorities and administrative bodies;<\/li>\n<li>environmental agencies and regulators;<\/li>\n<li>Environmental and governance NGOs;<\/li>\n<li>consortia of public policy support organisations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Funding<\/h2>\n<p>Recommended minimum grant per project: \u20ac 2 000 000.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum recommended grant per project: 10 000 000 Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Co-financing rate: up to 60% of eligible costs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Eligible costs<\/h2>\n<p>staff costs (including external experts);<\/p>\n<p>demonstration equipment and technologies;<\/p>\n<p>specialised subcontracting;<\/p>\n<p>indirect costs (up to 25% of direct costs);<\/p>\n<p>communication, replication and dissemination costs.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible costs cover: personnel, equipment, subcontracting, indirect costs (max. 25%) and infrastructure costs directly related to the project objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Applicability of EU Regulation 651\/2014 (GBER)<\/h2>\n<p>Commission Regulation (EU) No 651\/2014 declares certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market and exempted from prior notification to the European Commission. Under this call, companies may benefit from the following types of state aid.<\/p>\n<p>Environmental investment aid<\/p>\n<p>Article 36 Aid for environmental protection - applies to projects which reduce environmental impact through investment in clean technologies, recycling, waste prevention, eco-design, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Energy efficiency aid<\/p>\n<p>Article 38 Aid for energy efficiency measures - applicable for projects aiming at reducing energy consumption, modernisation of installations, energy recovery from industrial processes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aid for research, development and innovation<\/p>\n<p>Article 25 Aid for research and development - innovative projects that develop and test new products, services or circular technologies may be eligible here, including experimental development or technological demonstrations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Deadline<\/h2>\n<p>The deadline for applications is 19 September 2025, 17:00 (CET).<\/p>\n<p>Applications are submitted exclusively via the EU Funding &amp; Tenders Portal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How to apply<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Create an EU Funding &amp; Tenders Portal account<\/li>\n<li>Call selection LIFE-2025-SAP-ENV-CIRC<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the application forms and attach the necessary documents (project description, budget, partners, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Submit your proposal by the deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oportunitate de finan\u021bare pentru proiecte care accelereaz\u0103 tranzi\u021bia verde \u00een Europa Obiectivul Apelului Programul european LIFE 2025 \u2013 subprogramul \u201eEconomie Circular\u0103 \u0219i Calitatea Vie\u021bii\u201d sprijin\u0103 proiecte inovatoare care contribuie la tranzi\u021bia c\u0103tre o economie durabil\u0103, circular\u0103 \u0219i mai pu\u021bin poluant\u0103.
