{"id":3373,"date":"2024-11-08T11:43:42","date_gmt":"2024-11-08T11:43:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esghub.ro\/?p=3373"},"modified":"2024-11-12T18:38:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T18:38:28","slug":"funding-support-for-cdi-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esghub.ro\/en\/finantare-sprijin-pentru-proiecte-de-cdi\/","title":{"rendered":"Funding: Support for RDI projects for thematic consortia between public-private partners"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>General Information<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Programme:<\/strong> Smart Growth, Digitalisation and Financial Instruments 2021-2027 (POCIDIF).<br \/>\n<strong>Priority: <\/strong>Priority 1 - Support and promote an attractive and competitive RDI system in Romania.<br \/>\n<strong>Specific Objective: RSO1.1 -<\/strong> Developing research and innovation capacities and the uptake of advanced technologies (ERDF).<\/p>\n<h2>Structure of the Call for Projects<\/h2>\n<p>The call for projects aims to create a framework for collaboration between public and private partners in the field of research, development and innovation (RDI), targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public research organisations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action 1.1:<\/strong> Support for collaboration between public and private actors in RDI.<br \/>\n<strong>Measure 1.1.2<\/strong>: RDI projects are implemented through thematic consortia, consisting of at least 3 SMEs and at least one public research organisation.<\/p>\n<h2>Total budget and distribution by region<\/h2>\n<p>The total budget of the call is \u20ac 140 million (ERDF and State Budget), divided as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Less Developed Regions (LDR): \u20ac108.73 million.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>ERDF: \u20ac92.42 million.<\/li>\n<li>State Budget: \u20ac16.31 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eligible regions: North-East, South-West Oltenia, South-East, South-East, South Muntenia, Centre, North-West and West.<\/p>\n<p>More developed regions (MDR): \u20ac31.27 million.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>ERDF: \u20ac12.51 million.<\/li>\n<li>State Budget: \u20ac18.76 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Categories of Eligible Applicants<\/h2>\n<p>Eligibility is defined for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SMEs: innovative small and medium-sized enterprises with research and development capacity contributing to RDI projects.<\/li>\n<li>Public research organisations: universities, research institutes and other organisations that meet the criteria to participate in thematic consortia. Projects submitted must ensure legal compliance and fulfil partnership requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eligible Activities<\/h2>\n<p>Activities supported under this call include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industrial research and experimental development to support innovative products or processes.<\/li>\n<li>Process and product innovation by introducing new technologies and production processes.<\/li>\n<li>RDI partnerships between SMEs and research organisations.<\/li>\n<li>Commercialisation and promotion of innovation, including bringing innovative products\/services to market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Types of Eligible Projects<\/h2>\n<p>The types of projects that can be funded must make a significant contribution to innovation capacity and increased competitiveness, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R&amp;D projects with technological prototyping and validation.<\/li>\n<li>Developing innovative products and services with market potential.<\/li>\n<li>Public-private collaboration in RDI to ensure synergy between academia and the private sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Types of Eligible Expenditure<\/h2>\n<p>Eligible expenditure covers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CDI staff: salaries for the R&amp;D team.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment and intangible assets: acquisition of equipment and software.<\/li>\n<li>Innovation Consultancy: technical support services and external consultancy.<\/li>\n<li>Costs of prototyping and testing, promotion and market launch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Application and Project Selection Procedure<\/h2>\n<p>Submission of applications: projects must be submitted through the MySMIS2021 platform, together with all mandatory documents.<br \/>\nEvaluation: the evaluation process includes criteria of technical and financial compliance, relevance of objectives and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submitting projects is <strong>15 November 2024, 17:00.<\/strong> Projects can be submitted exclusively through the MySMIS2021\/SMIS2021+ IT system.<\/p>\n<p>The call for proposals documents can be consulted <a href=\"https:\/\/mfe.gov.ro\/pocidif-ghidul-solicitantului-sprijin-pentru-proiecte-de-cdi-pentru-consortii-tematice-intre-parteneri-publici-privati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Informa\u021bii Generale Program: Cre\u0219tere Inteligent\u0103, Digitalizare \u0219i Instrumente Financiare 2021-2027 (POCIDIF).
